How long have you been designing and/or making graphics?

The past year has probably been the most progress I've made in the graphics field. Nothing too notable though, I'm just starting to get the eye for contrasting colors and such.
How about you CMT?

I've been designing for too long with a very slow progression. I have been using GIMP for nearly two years now, I think, and I have been using PhotoShop for a few months, but I still prefer GIMP. I used online photo editors and such for like six months before then, but I don't think that counts. So, I suppose I have been designing for nearly two years.

Wow! I started out with Paint.NET and still use it for simple image editing, but I'm getting used to Photoshop CS5.

Everyone has used Paint at some point in their life xD I used it for spriting Pokemon way back when.

Im actually fairly new,
been using SumoPaint for about 6 months,
and nowadays ive been using PhotoShop for 4 months but i have gotten pretty good :P

Yes, Gimp actually has some nice features. Initially, I expected less with the exception of it being Paints cousin  Not that there is anything wrong with Paint, besides its limited capabilities ;D But my point is: Gimp is a nice little piece of designing tool I have been resorting to it alot lately. Not that I'm a graphics designer. I just know how to use it fairly well. Though there is ALOT that I don't know about it. I'd like to see some of your work. |

Im actually fairly new, been using SumoPaint for about 6 months, and nowadays ive been using PhotoShop for 4 months but i have gotten pretty good :P SumoPaint is cool :) Paint Tool Sai is pretty good too for drawing. I got my Bamboo Pen awhile ago, Paint Tool sai has an awesome blending tool. |
